Modern top floor double room with balcony for rent

I have a double room for rent in a top floor apartment. You would also have your own separate bathroom complete with, bath & built in shower head, toilet, and sink situated next to the bedroom. The bedroom comes with it own double wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. The apartment comes with a shared lounge/ kitchen which is 20ft by 15ft. The apartment is a good size. It also has a balcony off the lounge/ kitchen. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to witham train station, (london is 50 mins away) so perfect for commuters and about a 20 minute walk into witham town centre. I am looking for a tenant who Is clean and tidy. I am quite sociable but also like to be chilled when living at home. I am looking for someone that is easy going. I work normal 9-5 hours.
