I have a comfortable, clean and tidy house on a quiet close but within 5 minutes walk of the Station. Off street parking. The large, airy. well lit room has a double bed, good storage, easy chair and a desk to work if you need it. The house has two bathrooms so you would have sole use of the shower room. Obviously use of the washing machine and dryer too. Good Broadband. Nice garden.
Share of the living room with log burner. You must like dogs as I have an adorable young black labrador who is well behaved. I like to cook so the price includes an evening meal (when I'm here of course). I work from home so prefer someone who goes out to work and definitely not shifts as I like my sleep! I am sociable and happy to share communal space and chat but respect the privacy of my guests. I'm used to having lodgers, two of whom came for a few months and stayed for several years so they could give me references I'm sure! Please don't apply if you are moody or bad tempered, as I like a nice atmosphere and if you do too, I look forward to hearing from you!
