Detached house with parking, 3 beds upstairs, one bed down, two
bedrooms available up, both have a nice double bed TV, wardrobe.

house share with my son and girlfriend stay at the property 23years/26years old.
shared bathroom upstairs, toilet downstairs, utility room with own fridge and freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer for winter or wet days only.

We like to keep the property in a clean and orderly fashion, no parties allowed no pets, no children we like the quiet life and respect others needs ie quiet...but we are easy to get on with, you have to make yourself at home. but you will have responsibilities for Keys if you lose you pay for new ones you are responsible for cleanliness, cooking, your own shopping and toiletries etc.

If your looking to share with young people ie 23 years olds/students and party this is not for you....
