Lounge large and comfortable sofas and dinning table. Rear garden has barbecue for the summer and line to hung clothes, also a Shed to store things away.

GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY

The house also has a a Garage and drive way in which to park 1 car. Plenty of free available car park in front of house.

HOUSEMATES

At present, all three housemates (2 males and 1 female) work at the University of Essex, are meticulously respectful, sociable and easy going. You will find this a calm house, clean and practical. There is a cleaning rota that gets followed and helps the house to be clean and for everyone to enjoy :).

BILLS

Bills are not included however they are very reasonable. Normally about 60 pounds/month, might increase in the winter. So, overall with the rent + bills you might end up paying per month £250-£270 pounds. Something very reasonable when you compare prices in same area or other areas of Colchester.
