At the moment it's just me in the house, the house belongs to my grandparents/family but needs to be rented out.
I have two rooms available to rent, one spacious single or one double room. Initially we are only looking to rent one room.
2 bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath.

Lovely location: House is located approx 5 min walk from the local beach, 5 min walk to the high street and about 10/15 min walk to the train station. Easy access to Edinburgh.
Parking available on the dive
Spare room for office space use, suitable for WFH.
I have a cat, coco she is 3 years old and a bit shy but loves a good head scratch. Cat lovers welcome!
