I've decided to rent an ensuite room for either short or long term. This property was build 4 years ago as a B&B but we have decided to use 2 of the 3 rooms for lodgers,
We are very easy going folk and live upstairs with a very friendly Labrador.
The room is well equipped with Tv and fitted wardrobe and bedding and linen are included in the price.
There is a kitchen area with all essential equipment e. g. Cooker, freezer, tumble drier, fridge and microwave and also their is an area with tables and chairs that you can use most of the time. We use this area if we have any guests staying in the B&B.
The village that we live in is a tourist area and has a fairly good bus service but you are better to have your own transport. The nearest local store is about .45 of a mile.
If you decide to take the room over a 4week period we charge £525 for that period.
The price includes all amenities so please feel free to ask any further questions,
As we live in a small village, there is plenty of scope for walking and we have plenty of wild life. Walks can either be woodland or by the sea
