Cupar is a small town near to St Andrews(15 minute by bus).It has good bus and rail connections. The town also has Elmwood college and many bars restaurants. The house is in a quiet area of town with woodland/fields to the rear. All bedrooms are good sized as the house was built in 1955. Living room, Kitchen and Bathroom are shared areas with gardens to front and rear. Cupar is a lovely town which has not been overly developed.
