The house has three bedrooms in total. There is one full-time occupant who is a pleasant and chatty 30-year-old male, and there is me who lives there periodically for a few weeks of the year.

You will have sole access to the bedroom advertised which is available from the 30th May 2022, if necessary we could probably accommodate you a bit earlier. The bedroom has lots of storage space, a desk area for homeworking and comes with a king-size bed.

The rest of the house is communal so you will have access to all the amenities like; washing machine, dishwasher, hoover, shower, bath, living room TV, 50Mbps broadband and a large back garden area with a vegetable bed and garden shed.

Car parking is on-street only. There is also parking available in a public car park just 2 minutes walk away.

The location of the house is perfect for someone who would take advantage of the many town centre amenities like shops, gyms, parks, pubs, hairdressers and public transport links. Dunfermline Town train station is an easy 5-minute walk away, the main bus station is a 10-minute walk away with multiple local bus stops in closer proximity.
