There are 2 bathrooms and a toilet within the property. There is a shared living room and kitchen fully furnished and fully equipped. Within the property is myself Charlie and 1 other lodger. The house is a four bed townhouse spread over 3 levels. I use the top floor and the middle floor has 2 bedrooms 1 of which will be available to rent shortly. Both myself and the other tenant both work full time. I like the house to be clean and tidy. Looking for someone who works full time, someone who is respectful to others and cleans up after themselves. The house is located in Rosyth with Sainsbury’s supermarket onsite.
