Situated in Dunfermline Duloch area, 6 minutes by car from Inverkeithing train station and 3 minutes from Rosyth train station and Duloch Tesco/Aldi superstores. Edinburgh airport is accessible by a regular bus service Jet 747 from Inverkeithing rail halt and park & ride.

There is a local regular bus service run by stagecoach, which also covers runs to Dunfermline and surrounding areas, Amazon, the Fife Leisure centre-featuring the Odeon cinema, bowling alley, bingo, Dobbies garden centre, Bannatyne's fitness health & spa club, and several well known restaurant chains.

If you have private transport, there is ample parking space, and this is a great location for access to all areas of local interest.

Room number 2 (see video) is available from 10 March 2024 onwards. Viewing is available by mutual arrangement.

The room is for 3 monthly let (renewable for longer periods subject to agreement). Use of facilities i. e. kitchen, washing area, sunroom and rear garden are included.
