Preferably the house will be rented as a whole for a long term lease (re-decorating may be considered) and a monthly fee will be negotiated.
Tenant must be; respectful, self dependant and preferably a professional. I am a relaxed landlord and looking for someone who is equally easy going.
The property itself has been renovated internally and work is currently being undertaken to improve the exterior. Incl. a new garage roof and front and back doors.
(The garden has had a slight uplift but needs more than my limited skills!!!)
