Hi everyone, I’ve got a double bedroom im renting out end of January in Inverkeithing.
The room- Fully furnished, brand new bed, bedding, pillows etc.
Back bedroom facing onto the garden and hills with no houses behind.
The house - fully renovated home, renovation finished just before Christmas so everything is brand new. 3 bedroom house and just me that lives here.
location - 4 minute walk to the train station, 3 minute walk to the water/ Fife coastal walk. 2 minute walk to the town centre. 15 minutes on train to Edinburgh
Rent fortnightly, includes gas, electric, WiFi, cancel tax etc. with a 2week bond on top
Me - I work 7-5 mon-fri and some weekends. Mid thirties, very clean, tidy and quiet . Into my fitness and outdoors.
You - room is for one person only, no couples etc. preferably a professional who’s clean, tidy, respectful and past there party stage.
