I have a room spare in my flat in Kirkcaldy open. There are 2 bedrooms (one is mine) and the one pictured will be offered (the walls are pastel green now), a bathroom with shower and bath, a large kitchen, a hallway and a communal back garden. It's a 10 minute walk away from the college, town centre and in the other direction the shops and promenade.
The rent including all bills is £260 a month :) trying to avoid council tax as im a full time student, if council tax is incurred from your status , i would prefer you pay off council tax.
A £200 deposit is listed but however is not immediately required.
Preferably student status. Must be understanding or at the very least open minded of Neurodivergency/Mental Health in general as I am Autistic. I enjoy making friends a lot!! I'm just a little bit different, so please take time to learn to understand me.
