I have a very well trained small dog who is relaxed around other people and is hypoallergenic.

The house has a well equipped kitchen and you have your own fridge. There are 2 living areas separate to the kitchen with comfortable sofas, dining table and access to the patio-style south-facing garden.

Local amenities include Spar, pharmacy, post office, free ATM, butcher, GP surgery, 2 fast food Take Away, 2 pubs and a café.
There is Off-street parking available.
Great commuter links with fast train line a few minutes walk away and main road networks close by with very regular public transport from 05:30 TIL 23:15 during the week, really quick (<15 mins) and easy (every 10 mins) to get to Dundee and St. Andrews with buses at weekends until 3am in both directions.
