There are also breath taking views over the River Tay and is ideally located for St Andrews (10 miles) and is only 3 miles from Dundee city centre, with wider Fife & Tayside also easily accessible.

The tenancy arrangement offers excellent value for money for a large detached house. You will have use of a fully fitted modern dining kitchen with utility room, a separate sitting room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower/bathroom, and well-maintained gardens There is also either driveway or off street parking available. Only the gas & electricity bills are extra and are charged on a usage basis.

The kitchen is fully fitted with a gas Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, fitted microwave, fridge, wall mounted LED TV with freezer and washing machine in adjoining utility room. Toaster, kettle, coffee maker and all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans are all provided for your cooking needs.

Each double room is on the first floor, and is 15’6 x 10’7 or 15’6 x 13’5. Each offers a comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, bookcase, comfortable chair or sofa and adequate storage space, plus a worktable and chair. There is a family bath/shower room on the first floor.
