There is a private driveway for the property and a large back garden with a shed. In addition there is free street parking. The house is just off Queensferry Road so it's conveniently located for the bus or train to Edinburgh, Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy, Inverkeithing etc.

The house has a sunny and comfy living room. The kitchen is cosy and comes with a washing machine, fridge and cooker in addition to all tableware, pots and pans. Bathroom has recently been refurbished.

Your would-be room is of a good size with a double bed and other furniture.

Council tax (band B), broadband, gas and electricity bills are not included in the rent. Broadband is installed however. Bills are to be organised between tenants.
