I am a live-in landlord undertaking my PhD at the University. I'm looking for social and easy-going housemates to keep up the good vibes in the house.
While I study computer science and have a keen interest in science and technology, I also enjoy cooking, philosophy, arts and photography and film. This year we've also enjoyed a few good dinner parties, regular board games, some Mario Kart, BBQing, hiking, ice cream and getting involved with life in St Andrews!
Prospective tenants MUST be students to maintain council tax exemption.
Rent includes full access to other shared rooms in the house, which are expected to be kept tidy.
All bills (gas/elec/TV) and broadband included.
Ample car parking space right outside.
Bathroom will be shared with the other tenant (landlord has private bathroom).
