The house has one double bedroom and one twin, a large living room and kitchen with parquet flooring, and a bathroom to share.
The location is great, 10 minutes walking by the city centre, a few minutes walking by Aldi and a Spar just outside the house on the opposite road. Also 5 minutes walking by the biggest supermarket in town (Morrisons).
The rent is £450 per month all bills included. Deposit is £400.
You will be sharing the house with me and Antonio, both postgraduate students, tidy, clean, very sociable and easygoing.
