NO AGENCIES Looking for a flatmate in a 2 bed flat

Hi! My name is Natalia and I am a professional working in marketing. I am currently moving back to London after few months working remotely from Italy and would be looking for a new place to call home in NW from beginning of Feb.

Location wise ideally West Hampstead or Maida Vale but not fussed if it's further west, south or east as long as it's not dodgy!

I would like to share with just one other person, no couples or pets, ideally ensuite and even a garden if possible but happy to look options without either of them. I would like to get a cleaner every week/2weeks so the deep clean is done regularly and it's just the case of keeping the place tidy and looked after.

I am from Italy and been living in London for just under 5 years.

I am tidy and clean and would love to find a friendly and respectful flatmate who has its own independence but also keen to occasionally share a glass of vino or have dinner together.

On my spare time I like cooking, hanging out, playing sports (used to play volleyball before covid) and just chilling. I also manage my b&b fam business in Italy on the side and generally I like to be involved in projects e.g. tedtalks, take language courses etc.
