F35 seeks leafy (dog-friendly) home with garden
Hi, my name's Jess. I'm a single, pleasant, 35F, remote professional, ideally seeking to buddy up to share a little cottage, maisonette, bungalow, 2-bed etc. with one other dog-friendly person.
Within (generous, say 3-4 mile) walk to a train/bus-station and small shop would be good (no car, but I cycle and have panniers).
Wildest dreams: garden/near green space/beach/out of town centre (currently BN1 1AL, looking for more leafy green)!
Bare mins: washing machine or plumbing for one, possibility of installing broadband at property, proper oven definitely not a hotplate/microwave combo (I love cooking).
I'm seeking a new home to include permission for me to adopt a small dog, e. g. chihuahua/dachshund/terrier sized. (I'd be happy to ensure any resident pets approved before adopting.)
£800 with council tax + bills/£650ish without is my ballpark, and I'm seeking a longterm home, having lived in current studio for more than four years now.
I'm employed by the University of Brighton, fulltime, permanently, currently 100% remote, likely 75/25 remote-office in future, ~£27K.
Thank you for your consideration.
P. S. Sorry for blurry photo, don't think it liked being resized!
