Masters student seeks flatmate in Glasgow
I'm currently looking for a new flat/house to rent in Glasgow as I'm moving back in August to do my masters degree. I've been on a work placement outside of Glasgow for the last year.
I'm hoping to find a fellow student who is looking for accommodation in Glasgow, near to the university (cycling distance, about 3 or 4 miles) and some supermarkets. I used to live in Maryhill so there or Anniesland would be my first choice but not really fussy for the right flat. Mature or postgrad students would be preferable, as I'll have a lot of work to get done, but I'm open to anyone who's also looking for accommodation. Non-students are also fine but you'd need to pay the council tax (with the 25% discount) until I graduate. I'm only looking to live with one other person ideally.
My budget is hopefully about £300pm each, but could stretch that up to £400 (plus bills). Please feel free to send me a message if you're interested.
I'm not a huge party person, but I enjoy films, music, chats and gardening, as well as running, swimming, cycling, yoga and art. I'm clean and tidy, organised and I have household furniture so unfurnished or part furnished property is ideal, because I'd like to keep my bed and desk. Please just send a message if you'd be interested in buddying up to find a flat or house.
Buddy up information
I'm hoping to find someone to share a flat or house with for the year, beginning in August. I'm moving back to Glasgow for the final year of my degree, and I'd like to find a fellow student to live with. I'd like to live with just one other person or two people ideally.
I have all household furniture (not white goods) already, so unfurnished would be fine, but a furnished house would be possible too.
I enjoy swimming, running, cycling, art, reading, cooking, films, music, politics and just general chat, but I'm not really looking for a loud, party type atmosphere.
Preferably within three miles of Glasgow uni and close to a supermarket, budget of around £300-400.
Let me know if you're interested in looking together!
