Huge Beautiful Dbl Room in a Modern Flat - Dalston

My huge modern room in Dalston will become available on 27th May (bank holiday weekend) as I am moving in with friends to explore SW London.

The flat is a lovely new build property just 7-min walk from Dalston Junction, with a large open-plan kitchen/dining area and a cute garden. It is arranged over 3 floors, with your bedroom on the first floor. The room is the biggest one in the flat; it has laminate flooring, two windows, and a super comfy king-size bed. The bathroom is tiled and shared with two others upstairs; there is also a further guest WC downstairs, and one of the flat mates has an en-suite.

The flat mates are friendly and all work in fashion.

We have a TV in the living room with SKY, but you can easily fit your own TV in the bedroom as well.

We are looking for someone to first replace me for 2 months of the remainder of my contract, and then renew again for 12 months at the end of July.

The bills vary between months. We also pay for a monthly cleaner.
