The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared with the live-in landlord.
You'll be sharing with me, the live-in landlord who will be away for some of the time. I'm sociable and easy going but I enjoy peace and quiet and a clean and tidy environment. The room will suit a responsible trustworthy person who also enjoys peace, quiet and cleanliness. It could be ideal for a final year student who needs to study.
