The house is located on Whitehall Road, super close to many amenities including pubs, restaurants, bus routes direct to the railway station and only a short 15 minute walk to the city centre.
The house has a large lounge/dining room, kitchen, downstairs toilet, and utility room and 3 double bedrooms and bathroom upstairs.
There is permit parking directly outside the house. Rent including all bills is £385 apart from water billed quarterly separately.
The room is available from 1st July.
We are sociable and are looking for a friendly housemate of similar age to join us.
