Rent is not negotiable, please do bear in mind it includes Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax, Unlimited broadband, TV licence, Netflix, Prime Video, also kitchen and bathroom cleaning detergents, bin bags, garden & property maintenance, linen and friendly house mates. This houseshare has been in place for the past 7 years and comes with great reference, also returning house mates.
We have one single room on 3rd floor, West-facing (sun from midday-late), with a bathroom to share between you & 1 other tidy housemate. Each room is for single occupancy by a mature, neat & tidy student/Grad/ Professional who also appreciates a higher standard of living. Someone who is independent and knows how to cook & clean up themselves.

Current housemates are professionals, doing their own thing but get together for socials. We have broad interests, sports, gardening, wine, outdoors, travelling, board games, movies, theatre. In summer growing vegies in the garden and on the odd occasion we have a tiny Yorkshire Terrier visiting, so we are all dog loving people.

Formalities: Agency check required - Right to study/work needs to be done prior to move in date. Passport copy is required.
Full rent payable in advance prior to occupancy and thereafter on the last day of each month and in advance. Our yearly contract runs from December with minimum 6 months stay. Or June- November 6 months.

Important note: There is space in the enclosed garden for a bicycle, however in the house there’s (without a doubt) no space for additional furniture, nor for kitchen stuff (crockery/cutlery/pots/pans/utensils/gadgets). The property is fully furnished and equipped. We also have a cleaning schedule to suit all and ensure the house is kept in a proper clean state.
