Double room for rent in NR2

The Double bedroom

I'm advertising a double room in a flatshare with just myself, Ella.
I am 31 and currently working full time but trying to enter the mental health sector.

As you can see from the pictures the flat has a lovely open plan living/ dining room. It also has a separated kitchen just off the living/ dining room, as well as a balcony. The bathroom is reasonable spaceous with a shower over the bath.
The room itself can come with a double bed and chest of draws and bedside table but can also come unfurnished.

The flat also has a secure shed with plenty of room for bikes and permit parking (with visitors permit available).

The location is fantastic with Tesco and Coop only a 5 minute walk away on Dereham Road and the city centre only a 10 minute walk. Plus regular buses from Dereham road.

The rent is £361 a month, bills included but excluding internet (which I'm looking into). Agency fees are £100 which would need to be paid a good week before the contracts are signed as it consists of £30 for the siging of the contracts and £70 for reference checks.
The deposit is £275, so the first payment will be £636 which includes the first months rent as well. You'll be signing into a 6 month contract initially but after that it will be a monthly rolling contract.
