Double Room For Rent In Dalkeith From 21/12/18

Hi, I have a double room for rent in a welcoming home in the center of Dalkeith. The room consists of a double bed, 2 sets of drawers and a small built-in wardrobe. It is available from January onward. I have a large floored attic, ideal for storage.

I have a nice, clean bathroom, with a shower over bath. My kitchen is relatively modern and well equipped. I have a drying line in the back garden. Front garden is chipped with small flower bed.

I am a single, professional woman and I work Monday-Friday, 9-5pm. I am a considerate individual, and I'd ideally like a housemate who is similar. I am friendly and sociable, but not a party animal.

The cost is £400 pcm (incl bills with the exception of private phonecalls, and approximately £10 per month towards shared cleaning materials etc).

I have successfully shared with someone for the last six months so understand the need for flexibility and consideration of one another.

My house is very close proximity to a bus stop with frequent buses into Edinburgh.
