The place would suit a young professional , particularly someone with an interest in music , but not essentially . The room has a rain sensitive velux wrap round window facing the rear of the property and a wall mounted tv .
The kitchen is constructed in oak with a granite top and has table and chairs placed to take in the view .
The others are professionals , quite easy going and not a couple .
On the second floor there is a large lounge and further tv with floor mounted up lights and again extensive views of Nether Edge
There is easy access to the city and Ecclesall road which are both quite close by .
