Single room in a quiet, tidy house by city centre

We have a single room which will be available in our three bedroom house. This is likely to only be a short term let, I cannot guarantee the room will be available for more than three months, although there is a possibility of longer. The house is fully furnished and equipped. We also have a garden with patio area. The room has a single bed, built in wardrobe, laptop desk and bedside drawers.

Rent is £300 per calender month which includes all bills as well as rent...gas, electricity, council tax, water, broadband internet and tv licence.

The house is centrally located, no more than a 10 minute walk from Five Ways, Tesco at Spring Hill, Brindley Place and Broad Street, and a 20-30 minute walk from the Bull Ring and the city centre train stations. Despite this, we are in a quiet residential area.

It isn't most sociable house share but friendliness and mutual respect should be expected. Ideally we would like a full time professional or sensible student who is clean, tidy, conscientious and who sleeps at night time, and has an understanding of sharing the responsibilities of maintaining the condition of the place..
