I am looking for someone to join me and my housemates in the property which we are currently renting in The Park, NG7

It is a 4 bedroom, shared house, in a peaceful part of The Park Estate.

Bedroom 2 is available immediately. Please check out the photos. Bedroom 2 is £550 per month.

The property is a stone's throw from The Castle, City Centre and Castle Boulevard which connects you to the rest of the city.

In the lawned garden to the rear of the property we have a great view of The Castle, the patio to the rear and balcony to the front of the property are great for entertaining guests on sunny days.

The property comes fully furnished and each bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and chest of drawers.

In the living/dining room we have 2 sofas, flat screen TV, dining table and chairs. Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, electric oven and gas hobs, and a separate utility room with an additional fridge freezer, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Wireless Internet and Council Tax are included in the monthly payment. Water, gas and electricity are included also.

The deposit is £490 per person and is payable to the landlord upon signing the joint tenancy agreement. The tenancy runs until 30th June 2022 and you will be given the option to sign for a longer duration.

We currently have a rabbit who lives in a hutch outdoors and comes indoors occasionally.

A little more about me and the other housemate. I'm 37, I graduated from my PhD at Nottingham Uni in 2012 and I currently work part-time at the UoN as a Mechanical Engineer. Grégoire is 30 and is a researcher in Chemistry at UoN. Nina is 27 and is starting a PhD in Economics at UoN.

I'm looking for conscientious housemates who want to live in a clean and peaceful house.

I've lived here for 7 years, I'm really happy with the house, the neighbours and the landlord. I'm saving up for a deposit to buy a place for myself.
