Good sized double room available immediately in a professional house share in quiet residential street between Headington and Cowley. A short walk from the bus stop, the Churchill and Nuffield hospitals. Currently 3 professional females. The two staying both work locally 9-5.

The room available is £540 PCM including bills (gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband) but a small top up may be required depending on winter bills. There is a shared kitchen with a tumble dryer and dishwasher, living room with wood burner and the bathroom has a bath and shower.

There is also a good sized garden, shed and garage (used for bikes and logs currently). The house has a driveway with room for two cars and there is plenty of on road parking for a third car/ friends(permit is £60 a year to be split 3 ways). The room is unfurnished but willing to leave the wardrobe at a small price. The curtains and rail will also be going, however the housemate moving out will put up the rail that was originally there for you). It is currently decorated purple/lilac (as you will see from the pictures). This can be painted back to magnolia if preferred or kept as is, if you like it or want to redecorate yourself.

We are looking for a friendly, respectful, tidy, sociable female housemate who would be interested in participating in house meals/drinks.

Please note that there is a £160 referencing fee and deposit of £600 to pay on taking up the tenancy. If you move in mid month then you will also need to pay the leaving housemate some rent, as they will have paid a full month.
