The room

Double room available at the 1st of July in a lovely 2 bedroom flat on the 6th floor with an outstanding view.

The flat is a minute walk from Clifton triangle, near Whiteladies rd shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Clifton down and a walk from the city centre. The room is cosy, airy and the flat has an amazing view of Clifton as it is above the surrounding buildings.

The house was initially unfurnished, however it's already fully furnished from me. There is a washing machine, fitted cooker with gas hobs, internet. Unfortunately no TV and microwave(not a fan, sorry). The room is a small double, with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, clothes rack and large windows.

The rent is 387.5£ per person (775£ in total). With bills included is approximately up to 480£ - 500£ per person (depends on heating during the winter period). There have been some cases that the overall bills came below 500 during summer.

A bit about me: I'm 35 years old working as a Chef for 15 years. I enjoy going out for food and drinks and I also love music, movies, reading and cooking at home
I'm looking for a laid back person but also clean and tidy.
