Room in a modern, super central 2-bdr flat

Hey, I'm Aaron, an Irish professional working here in London.
My current flatmate is moving out, and I'm looking for a new flatmate.

The flat is really lovely -- modern, cozy, well-decorated, and quiet, despite its very central location. It has a small balcony that looks over a garden and is rather bright. The flat is completely furnished and there are two bedrooms: one (yours) on the lower floor with its own separate bathroom, and the other on the upper floor (mine, which I share with my partner), along with the open-plan kitchen and living room. It's located on a small street, right next to South Bank and Oxo Tower, very convenient to Waterloo and Southwark tube stations (5-minute walk) and to central London generally. There is a washing machine and dishwasher in the flat. I work in Covent Garden and it takes less than 15 minutes to walk.

I am looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, clean, and respectful. Contract begins 22nd July.

As we rent from an agency, they would go through a brief referencing process with you and add your name to the contract. On top of the rent, bills (water, electricity, wifi.).Council tax would be an additional expense if you are not a student.
