Fully furnished there is a spare room for study or visitors.

High level of security with a concierge service. There is an underground car park with a designated parking space which you can use as I don't have a car.

Rent is £700pcm plus council tax and share of bills. The Council tax is £157 (for 10 months) and bills are about £50 each.

Would suit easy going, tidy professional working in the city centre. Nearly everything is within easy walking distance. The station is 10mins away. Princes Street 15mins. There is a gym and pool in the Holyrood Hotel next door.
