We have a single room available in our wonderful flat in Battersea. The property has two full bathrooms and a shower; good size Kitchen with three fridges, washing machine, dining table, microwave and toaster.
A few minutes walking to bus stop and local shops, restaurants and bars.
All bills included: gas, electricity, council tax, water, speed broadband and TV license.
We are looking for one new flat mate. We are friendly flat mates who like to share a glass of wine every now and then however we have busy lives and we are not often all at home at the same time… we are looking for someone clean and respectful as there are basic requirements. No house parties unless we all agree.
The house is located 15 min walking to Battersea Park and 15 minutes in bus to South Kensington, 20 to Victoria Station, 20 to Vauxall, 10 to Claphan...
