A lovely room available in Arty, chilled, vegetarian, split level house in Saltdean, with good views. Close to the South Downs and two minutes from the 27 bus stop. Parking available.

We have 1 double size room with single bed, fully furnished and one double room with double bed.

Would suit a working professional. We are animal lovers and prefer to live with others who are of a similar mind. And, in the home environment are happy to clean up after themselves in the bathroom and kitchen.

We consider ourselves friendly, good humoured, and fairly quiet. We are consciously clean, reasonably tidy and respectful of other’s privacy; therefore looking for someone who matches these attributes. We have one resident cat. Unfortunately we are unable to take other pets.

Our house comprises of one bathroom/toilet plus one shower room/toilet, kitchen, lounge, laundry room, lovely garden with various seating areas.

We are one mile, 25 minute walk, 5 minute cycle to the seafront, where there is a good swimming beach (Blue Flag) and cycle path all the way into Brighton and Hove. The bus takes 20 to 30 minutes into Brighton.

Although this is not a homeshare as such we welcome our lodgers to socialise with us in the sitting room and eat together whenever it suits.

Our household is LGBT friendly.

The monthly rent includes bills.
