Huge double bedroom available in my two bedroom flat

The flat is located directly above Goodge Street station (Northern Line) and is a 5 minute walk to Tottenham Court Road station (Central Line) and Warren Street Station (Victoria Line). The flat is on the top floor with double glazing, so it is a very quiet flat despite its central location.

The room consists of a double bed, a sofa, a large desk, a solid oak futon (which turns into a single bed for guests) and huge amounts of storage (a triple wardrobe, chest of draws, shelves, and under bed storage).

There is a cosy sitting room which has a sofa bed for guests, and a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and bath, and the kitchen has a gas hob and washing machine. The flat is extremely bright; it gets the sun all day.

All bills are included in the rent (gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband etc.).

The flat is usually a very quiet place, but I’m very happy to cook dinner and watch Netflix together in the evenings. I'm very relaxed and easy to get on with.

It’s an amazing place to live: Goodge street and Charlotte street are right downstairs and are packed with restaurants, cafes, and bars. There are also several supermarkets (M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco) open 24hours. Oxford street and soho are a five minute walk, as is Regent’s Park. It’s perfect for anyone studying at UCL, as it’s only minutes away. Also nearby is the British Museum and British Library. The front door is inside Goodge Street tube station.
