We have three rooms available on a lively (yet quiet) street just off Cowley Road! The spacious house features an open plan kitchen/living room area, dishwasher, dryer, and bi-weekly cleaner, and a wonderful landlord worth mentioning. There is a (one-time payment) £35 administration fee also associated with the tenancy.

Outside the property, there is a bike rack and garden at the rear of the house - perfect for summer BBQ's. The rent comes with an unlimited bills inclusive package - council tax, gas, electricity, water and high-speed internet.

As the current tenant of the 610PCM room, I'm sad to say I will be leaving an amazing property and wonderful housemates situated on Cowley Road, with bus and bike routes to Oxford city-centre just outside the front door. My room is wonderfully well lit comes with a balcony, high-quality built-in furniture, and a double bed.

Each room also features a ceiling fan, especially suited for these hot summer months!

Oxford is a cycling city, and as such, I can also throw in my bike, lock, and helmet set to any potential tenant for £135!
