Young professional couple (Sean, M;26, Rebecca, F:22), looking for a young professional or young couple, to come share our house with us.

House mate is moving in with her long term boyfriend & we're looking to rent the room for a few months.

We've got; (in order of importance)

2 Kittens (Atlas M: 3 months, Delilah F: 3 months)
Bean to cup espresso machine
Conservatory
Tumble Dryer
5 min walk to metro station (Gateshead Stadium)
Spacious back garden with shed & roof that gets the sun all day
Lots of nice plants
Guest bedroom for when all your friends refuse to leave as they love the place, or when your family visit.
Bath on tap (gas heating pun)
Plenty of on street parking

We're looking for a housemate to incorporate themselves into our living space & get involved / hang out / watch movies /discuss Marxists theorems with.
