Master room available in spacious 2-bed terrace in Kirskstall. 2 minutes walk to Headingley station and major bus routes, as well as plenty of on-street parking.

The street is the epitome of Kirkstall - cobbled and quiet, but the kind of place where you chat across the road with the neighbours. It's very Labour.

The property is a four-story house terrace with open-plan kitchen and living room, (feel free to use both as much as you like) renovated & furnished basement/study/Sunday-yoga space with separate laundry room, and one bathroom with bath and shower. One first-floor double bedroom, and one loft-conversion double bedroom.

House is currently occupied by myself, two cats and a small dog. The cats are affectionate but often out, and the dog is incredibly friendly. He spends some days out with his dogsitter. I work full time doing marketing for Bundobust so my weeks are split between working from home, in town, Manchester, and Liverpool

The house is quiet and I enjoy lazy weekends, maybe venturing to the pub with the dog, out for food, or just staying in. You’re welcome to be sociable in the lounge etc if you like, but I’m also very happy to respect your own space and privacy.

All genders and ages considered, but to avoid schedule conflicts it would suit a young professional best.
