A lovely house located in Litchard Bridgend. We are a same sex couple and looking for a lodger.

We are a professional couple who work full time. We are looking for a lodger who would respect our home and is clean. We have two dogs Yorkshire terror miniatures, so you would have to get along with dogs because they love the attention.

Litchard is 2 minutes away from the M4 junction 36, close to train stations Litchard is located between Cardiff and Swansea. Good pub across the road with good food and drink.

The double room has a new mattress and bed frame and is decorated in a modern style. There are in built double wardrobes as well as a bathroom with a bath and shower, as we have an ensuit in our bedroom.

The house has a homely feel and the lodgee would have their own fridge as well as use of the washing machine and tumble drier. There are two living rooms one in conservatory and main living room, so if you wanted your own space to chill option is always there.

There is off road parking located within the facinity of the house.
There is a small but maintained garden in the front and rear.
