Double room in Brixton for 5 months

Hi there!

We have a large double room available from the 1st March - 27th July when our tenancy ends, as one of our housemates has moved onto her boat.

It’s in a great house share in an excellent location between Brixton and Clapham North stations.

We have a spacious five bed Edwardian house with a separate living room, additional breakfast room off the kitchen, two bathrooms, dishwasher, washer, dryer and gas central heating. Lovely large peaceful and private garden and wooden floors throughout.

The room is on the ground floor and has access to the back garden. It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

The flatmates are four girls in their 30s working in film/social work who are all super nice and friendly.

The rent is £730 including bills including our lovely cleaner who does the common areas every week.
