Great double bed available in Castlefield

My current flatmate is moving out post tenancy (06/09/2019) the room will be available from then.

Located in St. George’s Island in Castlefield this is a great location, walking distance to town, close to many different amenities such as Train CrossFit gym being a 2 minute walk, being a stones throw from Wharf, Dukes 92 & Barca bar which is handy then in the opposite direction Cornbrook tram station within a very close proximity which has good links to town, Media City and Didsbury.

The flat currently has sky and wifi. The balcony is really sizeable with both rooms having doors opening on to it.
There isn’t any ensuite with either room but the flat boasts an impressive sized bathroom with a bath and shower.

A bit about me I’m a 25 year old bloke originally from North Wales, I work in town and walk in every morning, pretty down to earth, go to the gym, play football, clean but not a clean freak, like a drink on the weekends and the occasional pint after work so looking for a sociable person so looking for somebody of a similar mindset.

Referencing fee for a new tenant is still being confirmed with the letting agent but as soon as I know it’ll be posted on here

The rent has increased to £895 but for total bills per month still looking at a rough cost of £565 excluding the quarterly months where the TV license is due
