Lovely spacious split-level flat with one rooms to be let (one has just been filled and occupant will be moving in 1st September) - current occupants are only moving out as one is moving back to Canada and the other is moving in with her boyfriend, but otherwise would have loved to stay!

THE ROOM:

Cosy Double room with king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves (rent £580 p/m; deposit £580). Available 16th August.

Great transport links: 2 min walk from Stockwell tube (Victoria and Northern lines) which takes 10 mins to Oxford Circus. Also very easy and quick to get into Brixton, Clapham and Vauxhall ― either 10 min walk or 5 min bus.

Private, easy going landlord. Amazing place for the price.

Move in date: Preferably 16 August with some flexibility.

CURRENT HOUSEMATE:

Emi, 27, Italian, friendly, easy going and social.

Normally out a couple of nights during the week and most of weekend, but also like to hang out with a drink or two and dinner at home, have friends round for dinner and drinks ― the standard really.

Having said that, not looking for a hectic party house and enjoy a balance of good times with peace and quiet.

YOU:

21-35 professional with a stable 9-5. Easy going, decent human being. Friendly and social. Clean and tidy but not obsessive.
