Our Beautiful Home

We are three friendly female young professionals looking for a single occupancy tenant for a bright, fully furnished double room in our beautiful three storey townhouse on a quiet road right in the heart of Tooting Broadway.

A 3-5 minute walk away you'll find Tooting Broadway tube, and all the trendiest shops, bars and restaurants Tooting has to offer. St George's Hospital is a 10min walk away.

The house has 2 bathrooms (one newly refurbished) with showers, a large communal lounge area with TV and DVD player and fast wireless internet throughout the house. The kitchen is new, has tonnes of storage space, two fridges and a large freezer. We also have a fairly large garden where we spend most of our time during the summer - it's a real sun trap! We have a gas BBQ, outdoor table, and a shed for garden equipment and bikes etc.

We like to keep the house tidy so we have a weekly cleaning rota for the communal bits, or we pay for a cleaner to come in on our weeks.

The room we're advertising for is probably best suited to someone like us in their mid to late 20s / early 30s. The room is available immediately and we are only looking for a long term tenant. We can't wait to meet you!
