Hey! So after nearly year living at this flat I am sadly going to be leaving due to needing to move closer to work at the start of August. It is a really lovely, bright and modern flat with a spacious living and kitchen area, bathroom and separate toilet. The bedroom itself is a cosy double which lets in tonnes of light and comes fully furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers.

The other tenants are two working professionals in their twenties, one French girl and one Scottish guy who are super easy going. Everyone is always respectful of each others space and privacy however also enjoy a drink out together or chill night in every so often, it is a sociable flat and it would be great to find somebody similar to fit the dynamic!

Rent is £560 per month and bills usually come to around £90 on top, so for the area it really is a bargain! (Within walking distance to Finsbury Park station so great for getting to central London, and also just a 20 minute bus ride to Camden).

There are no agency fees, just deposit (£560) and first months rent to be covered. Move in date from the 4th of August but can be slightly later if needs be. If interested please contact me to arrange a viewing.
