This is a great double room available in a 2 bed flat share with yours truly. This would be initially for 6 months (taking over my current housemate's tenancy) and I hope to extend when it comes up to renewal in March. The flat is available immediately to replace my current housemate who is moving out/in with her boyfriend.

The flat is right on the water and just a 3 minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR which goes to Bank and Stratford (about 20 minutes either direction), 10 minute walk to Greenwich overground which is just a 10 minute journey to London Bridge and it takes less than 1 minute to the waterfront and about 3 minutes walk to the river boat. The flat is in a great location to say the least.

Looking for someone who is up for a laugh and a pint down the pub but also happy to do their own thing. I also want this to feel like a home for both of us so won't be opposed to decorating the flat or moving things around.

I tend to work quite long hours and travel most weekends so you'll have the flat to yourself, and if you're not already from Greenwich you will love it!
