Double room in Old Market

I have a smallish double room available from the 15th October as I'm making the move to London for work.

We're really central, close to pubs/restaurants, Gloucester Road & Cabot Circus. We're also about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The flat has an open plan kitchen/ living area and one toilet with a bath and shower which is shared. There is permit parking on the street outside.
The room currently has a wardrobe/drawers for clothes storage and a bed & bedside table.
You'd be living with Nathan, a live in landlord as we own the property jointly and Mike our current tenant. We're clean and fairly quiet in the week, it's a sociable, friendly flat so looking for like-minded people. We all currently hang out on weekdays together and often socialise together on weekends too. We have a washer, dryer and broadband as well as netflix, PS4, BT and sky sports.
There's no max stay or agency fees.
