As an old double brick Victorian house the rooms are large with high ceilings and very well sound proofed so you can be cosy and private without having noise spreading from one room to another.
We are laid back but are particular to keep the house clean by taking turns to clean . This so far works well .

Excellent transport links from 2 stations under 25 minutes by train to London Bridge , Charing Cross, Cannon St and Blackfriars . Major shopping centre at end of strret with Lidl, Tesco, Aldi , Boots etc .

We are friendly but all busy professionals . Respectful of each others space but live largely independent lives with chats over a meal at times. I own the house but will be not living there . I visit very regularly and keep a room because I look after the garden . I have always shared with others as its a large house and im more a house sharer than landlord I hope. I have a dog who will be with me. She is happy and affectionate .. I work as a legal adviser for charities and am Australian by nationality . One flatmate is from Italy and one from the English Midlands We welcome any nationality of flatmates .
