We have a lovely double room to rent in a spacious 3-bed townhouse in Wellington Square, just off the Annadale embankment (BT7).

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. You also get your own extra storage cupboard, just outside your room which has a rail and can double as an extra wardrobe!

The house is 3-bed, 3-bathroom - a main bathroom (bath with overhead shower) an ensuite (only for that housemate's use) and a downstairs toilet and sink.

There is a large living room on the first floor, plus a kitchen through dining area on the ground floor. We've recently bought a sofa and TV for this room, so it now doubles as a second living room. The house also has a balcony, back garden and large garage for storage.

Also, the location is brilliant - it's a quiet development but close to bars, shops, restaurants, gyms etc and we have lovely neighbours.

Bills are separate and come in at approx £70 per month each. This includes gas, electricity, TV Licence and Virgin TV, Broadband & Phone. The house has all the usual mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine etc.

Ideally we are looking for a mature professional female around our own age who is friendly, tidy and considerate and is happy to do their share of the household chores.

We would prefer someone with the same sort of routine as us i. e works Mon-Fri, 9-5 type hours, or at least isn't coming and going at crazy hours - someone who can strike a good balance between being sociable but also like us, enjoys their own space.
